Plannd accepts most common audio and video formats:

• Audio: MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, FLAC, AAC, WebM
• Video: MP4, MOV, WebM (audio track is extracted automatically)

File size limit

The maximum file size per upload is 500 MB across all plans.

Tips for best results

1. Use a good microphone — Clearer audio means better transcription accuracy
2. Minimize background noise — Reduce echo, music, or crosstalk
3. One speaker at a time — Overlapping speech is harder to transcribe accurately
4. Add context — Describing the meeting topic in the context field helps the AI produce more relevant summaries
