Your recordings
Section titled “Your recordings”Audio files are processed by AI for transcription and analysis. Recordings are stored securely and are only accessible to you and people you explicitly share with.
Data handling
Section titled “Data handling”- Transcripts and results are stored in your account and can be deleted at any time
- Shared sessions are accessible only to people you invite, with the role you assign
- Guest viewers access shared content via secure links
Account deletion
Section titled “Account deletion”You can delete your account from Settings > Account. This permanently removes:
- Your profile and authentication data
- All sessions, transcripts, and analysis results you own
- All tasks and comments you created
- Your contact information from shared sessions (anonymised)
