Billing & Plans
Plannd offers three plans:

| Free | Trying Plannd out — includes a free session allowance |
| Pro | Individuals and small teams with regular meeting analysis needs |
| Business | Larger teams needing higher usage limits and priority support |

Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”You can manage your subscription from Settings > Billing in the app:
- View your current plan and usage
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Access the Stripe customer portal for payment details
- View invoice history
Usage tracking
Section titled “Usage tracking”Your dashboard shows:
- Audio minutes processed this billing period
- Plan usage gauge showing how much of your allowance has been consumed
Pay-as-you-go credits
Section titled “Pay-as-you-go credits”On some plans, additional usage beyond your included allowance is billed via pay-as-you-go credits. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as you process recordings.
