Quick Start
Get up and running with Plannd in three steps.
1. Sign in
Section titled “1. Sign in”Go to app.plannd.xyz and sign in with Google or a magic link sent to your email.
2. Upload a recording
Section titled “2. Upload a recording”Click Upload and select an audio or video file from your device. Supported formats include MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, WebM, and more.
You can optionally add context — a short note about what the meeting was about — to improve the quality of the AI analysis. Use @ to tag speakers and # to tag topics.
3. Get your results
Section titled “3. Get your results”Choose an analysis preset:

| Meeting Summary | General meetings — produces minutes, action items, attendee list |
| Structured Summary | Workshops, reviews — produces categorised key points with a summary |
| Q&A Extraction | Interviews, Q&A sessions — extracts question/answer pairs |
Results appear as they stream in. Once complete, you can edit, share, assign tasks, and export.
Finding your sessions
Section titled “Finding your sessions”Use the search bar at the top of the dashboard to find sessions by name or content. Plannd supports smart keywords like “today”, “this week”, “failed”, or “processing” to quickly filter by date or status. You can also use the filter tray for status and date range filters.
Organise sessions into projects — create a project from the dashboard sidebar and drag sessions into it.
